NEW SCHEDULE ANNOUNCEMENT

We are pleased to announce the start of our Saturday morning classes starting October 10th, 2020 at KBP! We understand that today's school/work/sport schedules will never be the way they were before the pandemic hit us.

This is who we would like to offer Saturday morning classes to:

  • Adults

    • Missed a class during the week (still part of your 2- or 3-day contract)

    • An additional day of training (a $15 drop-in fee applied).

  • Athletes

    • Missed a class during the week (still part of your 2- or 3-day contract)

    • An additional day of training (a $15 drop-in fee applied).

    • 1 day per week In-Season program to help aid in recovery and maintenance during your season for ONLY $15 per session!

How to sign up for Saturday's (for now)

 

Send Kyle or Coach Andy (andyferguson9696@gmail.com) or Coach Erik (erik.j.harrington@gmail.com) email confirming one of the following time slots or arrival time

8:00am-9:30am ADULTS
10:00am-12:00pm ATHLETES

These classes are longer blocks with soft start times, meaning that if you cannot get there for 8am but you can arrive at 8:30, you may start on your own with rolling and stretching, but a coach will be floating around coaching warmups and the lifting portion for the entire 90 mins or 120 mins for athletes (due to need). We will be utilizing more of a station approach (you get your own little bubble with all necessary equipment provided or bring your KBP Training Kit) depending on the number of clients in the building at one time. We will absolutely still be following all State and Government Guidelines so a first come first serve reservation will be enforced.
