WHAT IS functional training?
A whole-body workout that targets all muscle groups with a blend of using the equipment, your body weight, and cardio exercises. Each session will progress through a full range of motion exercises within a set of activities that are designed to exercise the body as a whole and enhance your strength, heart, range of motion, and flexibility.
1. Adult training
Our Adult Training consists of either 2 or 3 days a week training for 8-weeks incorporating functional
training to enable you to thrive in life, attain your ideal weight, and perform at your best level regardless
of your occupation. It is based on strengthening your weaknesses and capitalizing on your strengths
whiling using our signature 5-Pillar programming. A typical session consists of foam rolling, an active
warmup, a functional lift portion, and finish with lifestyle conditioning and goal-setting session. Each
session is approximately 60 minutes. Towards the end of the 8 weeks, our staff will design a
personalized recovery session to prepare you for your next progressive 8-week phase.
