At KBP, Olympic-style health is optimal health. Kyle’s world-class experience has taught him these three essential elements to guide his clients toward optimal health and wellness: FUEL, TRAIN, RECOVER.

We educate and guide our clients to fuel their bodies properly to produce energy to crush their work days or their next sporting event.

These are not just workouts here! We use our signature programming methodology to provide our clients with precise exercise periodization with progressions and regressions that are meticulously crafted and personalized to you. Commitment to your optimal wellness journey is all you need. The rest is designed by Kyle and his team of credentialed and professional coaches, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Lastly, if we are not taking care of the mind, body, and spirit, what is the point? We promote rejuvenating your body with our state-of-the-art recovery room that includes warm and cold exposure plus compression therapy techniques to repair, restore, and reactivate your body for whatever challenges you’re conquering next.

Whether you're an athlete or an adult, train your body to perform in all areas of life. At KBP we create a curated workout plan so you don't have to. Just show up, and we'll take care of the rest!

Training your body is not just about working out. It is also about rest and how you rest. Chill in an ice bath, lounge in the sauna, or sit in the compression pants to fully maximize your recovery!

Before and after training, you must fuel your body with the proper nutrients to help your muscles and body all day long. Here at KBP, we offer specialized nutrition coaching by appointment.
