AJ Cipriano earned his B.S. in Applied Exercise Science from the University of New England, completing minors in Nutrition and Coaching. During his undergraduate years, he served as President of the Men’s Rugby Team, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to excellence on and off the field.
He went on to complete his M.S. in Exercise Science with a Strength and Conditioning concentration at Colby-Sawyer College, serving as a Graduate Fellow at Phillips Exeter Academy.
AJ is passionate about helping athletes and adults reach their full potential through structured, evidence-based training. He believes strong relationships create trust and consistency, enabling clients to make meaningful progress.
