How It Works
To join us for a drop-in session, simply stop by our gym—located in Concord, NH. Our experienced coaches will guide you through a dynamic workout designed to challenge and energize you. No need to book in advance—just show up, gear up, and get ready to sweat!

Prior fitness experience is recommended to get the most out of your drop-in session. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your strength training journey, our classes are built to accommodate all fitness levels. Come ready to push yourself and have fun!

FOUNDATIONS PERFORMANCE (Ages 8–10)

Learn to Move Well. Build Confidence. Establish Athletic Foundations.
Our Foundations Performance program teaches young athletes how to move correctly, safely, and confidently. This age group focuses on body awareness, coordination, and fun, while preparing them for more structured athletic training as they grow.
Focus Areas:
● Fundamental movement skills (run, jump, land, rotate)
● Balance, coordination, and body control
● Speed and agility through games and challenges
● Introduction to proper technique (no external load)
● Building confidence, focus, and coachability

The Prep Performance group is where athletes transition from simply “moving” to truly “training.” This is the most important developmental window for learning strength mechanics, sprint form, and training structure.
Focus Areas:
● Sprint mechanics and acceleration fundamentals
● Safe introduction to resistance training (light weights, controlled progressions)
● Jumping and landing technique
● Core strength, stability, and posture
● Mobility and injury-prevention basics
● Understanding training structure and expectations

Focus Areas:
● Acceleration, max-velocity sprint mechanics
● Advanced strength training (barbell + kettlebell progressions)
● Explosive power development (jumps, plyometrics, med ball work)
● Change-of-direction + agility progressions
● Conditioning tailored to sport demands
● Performance tracking, testing, and measurable improvement

● Individualized lifting progressions
● Mobility and recovery protocols
● Video analysis for sprinting, lifting, and movement efficiency
● In-season and off-season periodized training
