Sarah Plourde earned her undergraduate degree with honors in Exercise Science, with a minor in Coaching, from Salem State University, where she played goaltender for the women’s ice hockey team. She later completed her Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning with honors from Merrimack College, serving as a graduate fellow at Tufts University.
Sarah’s coaching blends scientific understanding with real athletic experience. She is dedicated to helping clients unlock performance both in sport and daily life through structured, effective, and individualized training.
Outside of coaching, Sarah stays active through hiking, camping, and snowboarding. She is also a proud dog mom to her Beagle, Kristoff. Sarah’s balanced, driven approach supports athletes and adults alike in reaching their personal best.
